All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

We currently ship within the United States.
International shipping may be available in the future.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

AK Perfume is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.
We may request photos or additional information to assist with the claim.
Resolution may include a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

Orders may be shipped via ground transportation only when required by carrier regulations.
