AK Perfume – Return & Refund Policy

At AK Perfume, we are committed to providing high-quality, authentic fragrances and excellent customer service. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Items without original packaging or seal

  • Clearance or final sale items


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item shipped)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.

  • Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


7. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. For exchanges, please contact our support team.
